In my current role, I ensure that all written content that goes out the door, whether for clients or the agency's brand, not only adheres to grammar and style guidelines but also reflects the brand and its target audience. My responsibilities include developing editorial calendars using competitor and SEO keyword research, drafting and assigning storylines to content writers and freelancers, editing content for blogs, website projects, social media, newsletters and print collateral, and maintaining style guides. I also provide constructive, meaningful feedback to writers to help them improve readability, organization, grammar, punctuation, clarity and adherence to brand voice.
